Journey Through the Labyrinth
Drama Therapy Workshop in
Santorini, Greece
With Dr. Pam Dunne
June
25 to July 1, 2010

Journey
through the Labyrinth on the Greek (but originally Ancient Minoan) island of
Santorini. Discover your own inner wisdom through Drama Therapy and Narradrama.
Explore new pathways through which creative expression will open your heart,
restore inner peace and balance, and enable you to return from your journey
with new insights and awareness.
Come explore and honor your personal narrative--your own life's story--through drama therapy and performance art. Discover how Narradrama can facilitate social as well as personal change. In this workshop, we will deconstruct personal and shared life narratives as we search for new forms of expression and meaning.
Santorini is one of the world's most magical islands and might be the original source of the Legend of Atlantis. The center of the much-larger island called Thera was destroyed in a cataclysmic volcanic eruption about 1600 BC: Santorini's harbor is actually the crater of that dormant ancient volcano. Although archeologists have partially excavated the Minoan village of Akrotiri, which was buried beneath volcanic ash much like Pompeii, public tours of Akrotiri are on hold while extensive renovations intended to preserve the site are being completed.
We will be staying in Imerovigli, a village perched on a west-facing slope high above the harbor, a vantage point that is said to offer the best views of Santorini's spectacular sunsets. Our villas feature an open floor plan. Two or three participants will share each room or area. People of the same gender who know each other will be asked to double up in double beds, although a limited number of single sofa beds will also be available. Our group will share a full kitchen, a spacious living room, and a large veranda facing the sea with a spectacular view.
Our workshop will begin June 25th at 5 P.M.. Check-in will be at 3 P.M. and check-out is at 11 A.M. on July 2.
The registration fee is $1600. Travel costs, food and tours are not included. Registration is limited, so you are advised to register early. A deposit of $300 will reserve your space. The balance may be paid any time before May 1. If it is more convenient, you may pay the remaining balance in thirds due February 1, March 1, and May 1.
Registrations and payments must be received through the mail. Please send your contact information and a check or money order made payable to:
